Norwegian Viking Spice Without Salt In collaboration with the Natural History Museum, we have identified herbs and wild plants used by the Vikings around the year 800 in Norway. The goal is to offer authentic Norwegian spices that were used back then, some of which are still used today. Norwegian Viking Spice contains no fillers or artificial additives. Ingredients: Sage, nettle, yarrow, wild garlic, lovage root, lovage, oregano. No salt or salt products. Uses: Stews, soups, casseroles, bread, herb dressing, herb oil, and herb pesto. Storage: Store in a dry, dark place at room temperature. Packaged in environmentally approved cardboard boxes or recycled plastic boxes. Shelf life: 2 years.
